By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.





1. Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


Processing time is separate from shipping time.


During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be extended.


We reserve the right to adjust processing times without notice.





2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Gemiere Jewels is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect address entry






3. Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.


If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder before contacting us.





4. Incorrect Shipping Address



Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


If an incorrect address is provided:


  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • We are not required to resend the order
  • Additional shipping fees may apply



If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.





5. Lost or Stolen Packages



Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Gemiere Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:


  • Contact your local post office or carrier immediately
  • Check with neighbors or your household
  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier



We are not responsible for carrier errors after shipment.





6. Shipping Insurance



If shipping insurance is offered at checkout and declined, Gemiere Jewels is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.





7. International Shipping (If Applicable)



Customers are responsible for:


  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties



Gemiere Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.





8. Damaged Packages



If your package arrives visibly damaged:


  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery



Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.





9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages



If a package is refused or returned to sender:


  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Reshipping fees must be paid by the customer
