Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.





2. Return Eligibility



We only accept returns if:


  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item is returned in original packaging
  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration



For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:


  • Earrings (if worn)
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards



We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.





3. How to Request a Return

  • Clear photos of the item



If approved, we will provide return instructions.


Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.





4. Return Shipping



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Gemiere Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.





5. Damaged or Incorrect Items



If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and product



Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of replacement or refund.


We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued.





6. Refunds



If your return is approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank



Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to deny the refund.





7. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection



By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.


We keep detailed order records, shipping confirmations, tracking numbers, and delivery verification for all transactions.


Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and reported.





8. Lost or Stolen Packages



Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Gemiere Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.





9. Cancellations



Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.


After that time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
